Build A Robot – July 12th!

Join us at the Reuseum for the Boxy Robot Workshop, a beginner-friendly robotics workshop where you will build, program, and take home your very own Boxy the Robot!
This one-day experience is designed to introduce participants to the exciting world of robotics using C++ programming and hands-on electronics. Throughout the day, you will learn to:
- Understand and work with essential electronic components
- Use serial communication to control your robot
- Explore Bluetooth commands and infrared (IR) sensors for autonomous movement
- Apply your new skills in creative and functional ways for future projects!
By the end of the workshop, you will not only have gained a strong foundation in robotics, but you will walk away with a fully functioning Boxy Robot — yours to keep!
The workshop will be led by Bastian Technologies Inc., engineer Mak Mandolkar, and co-led by our very own, electronics extraordinaire, Kyle!
Thanks to a generous donor, this workshop is heavily subsidized — You will gain valuable STEM skills and keep your robot!
